Preeti Grover is a highly accomplished Company Secretary specializing in Company Law Compliances, LODR Compliances, and Secretarial Audits for listed, public sector, and government companies. Known for her sincere and thorough approach, she leads a peer-reviewed firm by ICSI, delivering high-quality, compliance-focused services.

She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of two listed companies, along with an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) that is soon to be listed. She is also a Certified CSR Professional, has completed the Certificate Course in BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) by ICSI, and is a Registered Social Impact Assessor with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

A leader in her professional community, Preeti made history as the first female Treasurer of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI in 2023, and continues her leadership journey as the Vice Chairperson of NIRC of ICSI for the year 2024.
