She is the Founder and Legal Head of POSH Comply, a firm specializing in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), offering services such as compliance audits, training programs, and legal consultancy to foster safe and inclusive work environments. ​

In addition to her legal practice, Pooja Singh is an award-winning filmmaker, creating short films that address critical social issues like women's dilemmas and child trafficking. She serves as the President of the WICCI Delhi Film Council, part of the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, promoting women's empowerment through policy and creative expression.
