Rupali Saikhedkar

Rupali Saikhedkar is the Founder President of NGO Dhruv Foundation, which, in association with the Indian Army, is dedicated to bringing smiles to soldiers. Her commitment to national service extends to empowering the youth through the Dhruv Defence Motivation Center, a pioneering initiative aimed at building a strong, confident, and fearless generation.

Through this center, Rupali provides Commando training to every enrolled student, covering various defense techniques and disaster management skills. Her mission is to instill discipline, resilience, and responsibility in young individuals, shaping them into responsible citizens ready to contribute to society and the nation.
