Preeti Grover

CS Preeti Grover, the Immediate Past Chairperson of the Noida Chapter of ICSI, is a seasoned corporate professional and a practicing Company Secretary. She is a peer reviewer of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a fellow member of the institute. In addition to her professional expertise, she is also a faculty member at the Noida Chapter of ICSI and a Certified CSR Professional. Currently, she serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Precision Electronics Limited, a listed company. She has successfully qualified the online proficiency exam for Independent Directors, conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. As part of the Certificate Course for Women Directors by ICSI, she presented a research paper on “Gender Diversity in Board Committees” among Nifty 50 companies.
